When you use our Contact form or Instant Quote tool, or get in touch by phone or email, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your address and postcode, where you provide it, so we can quote accurately or arrange a visit
- Details of the job or enquiry you describe to us
- Photos you choose to upload of your property, existing fittings or the work you'd like done
We don't collect any information you don't directly give us - this site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics.
Why we collect it
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide an estimate or quotation, and arrange and carry out any work you ask us to do. This is necessary to take the steps you request before entering into a contract with us (or to perform that contract once agreed), and reflects our legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries from potential and existing customers.
We don't use your information for marketing, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Photos
How photos are handled
Any photos you upload through the Instant Quote tool are sent directly to our team by email - they are not stored on our website. This means there's no ongoing photo library sitting on our server; once the email has been sent, the uploaded file is automatically discarded.
Retention
How long we keep your information
Enquiry and job details are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and meet any legal or accounting obligations (for example, invoicing records), after which they're deleted. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, see "Your rights" below.
Sharing
Who we share your information with
We don't share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information passes through our website hosting provider (Hostinger) and email service purely as the means by which enquiries reach us - they don't use it for any purpose of their own.
Security
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us, including restricting uploads to genuine image files, disabling directory browsing on our server, and screening form submissions for automated spam.
Your rights

- Ask us to delete your information, where there's no good reason for us to keep it
